A single page per launch, made to be opened on a phone by someone deciding whether to register interest. The building is the interface: it rises, it holds, it comes apart. Everything else on the page — the residences, the specification, the enquiry — sits inside that one movement instead of behind a gallery and a form.

Built on our own initiative for an invented tower, so nothing here belongs to anyone else. Forty-two storeys on the Dubai Water Canal, from blueprint to a residence on level 38 you can walk through in 360°.

DATUM — from drawing to address.

Four phases locked to the scrollbar: the blueprint elevation, the white massing model, the concrete structure, then glass at golden hour and through it into the lobby. No video player, no autoplay, nothing that runs on a timer. It only moves when the visitor moves it. Then the buyer picks a floor, walks into residence 38.01 and registers interest with the unit already attached.
